Rumade Coaching Classes Alibag is a well-established institution run by Mr. Abhang Rumade and Smt. Bharati Rumade, offering coaching for students from 5th to 10th standard across SSC, CBSE, and ICSE boards. With over 25 years of proven results and a unique approach combining traditional teaching with music therapy for concentration, they needed a brand that communicated trust, results, and warmth.

A 27-year-old institution needed a modern visual identity that honored its established trust without feeling outdated. Too modern would alienate existing parents; too traditional would fail to attract new students.
The logo and brand system needed to work across an extreme range — from a tiny 5cm visiting card to a 4-foot standee to a digital Instagram post, maintaining legibility and impact at every size.
The brand needed to speak to two very different audiences simultaneously — parents who value trust and results, and students who respond to energy, achievement, and aspiration.
All materials needed to be print-production ready with CMYK color accuracy, bleed settings, and proper resolution for large-format printing without color shift or pixelation.

Our process is built on discovery, strategy, and meticulous craft. For Rumade Classes, we followed a structured 5-phase approach to ensure every deliverable felt intentional and cohesive.
We began with an in-depth discovery session — understanding the institution's history, values, student demographics, competitive landscape in Raigad district, and the specific communication needs of parents in Alibag. We studied existing materials and identified what was working vs. what needed complete reimagining.
Based on discovery, we defined the brand personality: trustworthy, achiever-focused, warm, and rooted in Alibag. We established that deep navy-blue and red would form the visual foundation — echoing academic authority while the red adds energy and achievement. We sketched multiple logo directions before landing on the R|C monogram with a reading student figure that became the cornerstone of their identity.
The final logo features a white silhouette of a student reading a book, enclosed within a deep navy-blue oval — a timeless, institutional mark. The "R|C" monogram on the book creates a dual-identity system: the icon works standalone while the full wordmark "Rumade Classes" anchors it in recognition. We developed the complete color system, typography hierarchy, and spacing rules for the brand.
With the brand system locked, we moved into production — designing the pamphlet, visiting cards, admission form, result standee, and workshop event banner. Each piece was built at print resolution with proper bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and typography that scales gracefully from 9pt card text to 72pt headline on a standee. All files were delivered as both editable source files and print-ready PDFs.
We extended the brand into digital space — creating social media assets, establishing the visual language for Instagram and Facebook posts, and designing digital versions of the result announcements. The same trustworthy palette and bold typography translate naturally from print to digital, giving Rumade Classes a cohesive presence across all touchpoints.
